Frequently Asked
FAQ
What does “one of one” actually mean?+
Every piece in the Artistic Mercy catalog is released as a single edition. When it’s acquired, the page is archived, the digital master is handed to the collector, and we never print or sell that image again — in any size, format, or derivative.
Why are the pieces AI-generated?+
We use an in-house AI pipeline as our medium, the way a photographer uses a camera or a painter uses oils. Every piece is curated and hand-reviewed before it’s ever released. The scarcity isn’t in the technology — it’s in the choice to release each work only once.
Who prints the work?+
All pieces are printed by Finerworks, a museum-tier fine-art print studio. Depending on the piece you choose, it will be produced on artisan archival canvas, Hahnemühle Photo Rag fine-art paper, or HD metal.
What is the blockchain registry?+
Before your piece ships, it is minted on the Solana blockchain as a record of ownership. You receive a signed Certificate of Authenticity with a QR code and on-chain reference that ties your physical print to its digital record forever.
Do I receive a digital file with my purchase?+
Yes. When you acquire a piece, you also receive the archival digital master of the work. You are the only person on earth who will ever own that file from us.
How is the work shipped?+
Finerworks ships directly to you in protective, museum-grade packaging. Canvas and framed pieces ship ready to hang. Unframed fine art prints ship rolled in an archival tube. Shipping within the US is included; international shipping is quoted at checkout.
Can I return a piece?+
Because each piece is a single edition and is retired from the catalog the moment it ships, all sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will work with Finerworks to reprint the physical piece at no cost — the on-chain registration remains yours.
Can I commission a custom piece?+
At this stage, the gallery is curated. We do not take commissions. Pieces are released on our own cadence, and every one is available only while it remains in the catalog.
How does pricing work?+
Each piece is offered in multiple museum-tier formats — Gallery Canvas, Canvas Float Frame, Framed Fine Art, and HD Metal — at several sizes. Select your format and size on the piece’s page to see the final price.
